netGames Inc. was an online game publisher based in the Philippines. It was a majority owned company of ePLDT. netGames is now merged with Level Up! Games.

History
netGames Inc. was established in mid-2004, and is owned by ePLDT. Its other owners include the founding shareholders and the group of investors who founded Netopia, the Philippines' largest Internet Café chain and Smart Communications, Inc., the Philippines largest cell phone service provider.1
Merging of netGames and Level Up! Games

On February 16, 2006, ePLDT announced that the company has bought a majority stake in Level Up! Philippines. They planned to merge the two online publishers by the next year and will be called "Level-Up!-netGames".
By the end of 2006, the merging of the two companies was completed. Level Up! Inc. is retained as the name of the merged company. A new website was established to reflect Level Up! 2.0.
